On the side of the building there are many drain pipes. You have a very short amount of time to destroy all of them. A laser can take them all out very quickly, and you can move it fast. When you have done it, the token will appear.

In an alley there are many bouncy spiderwebs. Above them there are a ton of studs. Just keep collecting all the studs as they appear, and when you have them all, you will unlock the character.
Black Bolt

In the animal pen, there is a guy who wants you to play the old “which cup is the ball under?”. Underneath each “cup” there is a red light. When you guess that a ball is in that cup, and you are right, the light will turn green. When all three lights are green, you will unlock the character. The cups don’t move that fast so it’s pretty easy to follow which cup it is in. When you are ready to make a guess, use telekinesis to raise the cup.

The token is inside a black box, in a pet shop. Pull each red hook, off of the shutter so you can get inside. Then use Super Sense to reveal a switch, that will open the box.
Black Panther

How to get:
Speak to Black Panther and he will say that he has lost his friend. Follow the trail to the end, where you will find a black cat, dressed as Captain America. Follow the cat and deal with enemies as they spawn. When you have destroyed the last enemy, the cat will jump up onto a roof. Follow it up and destroy the enemies that spawn here too. When you have killed all of them, the cat will drop down to the floor again. Jump down and you can now get the cat to follow you back to Black Panther.

On top of a building, you will be able to see four basketball hoops. Have Thor throw his hammer at all four before time runs out, and the token will appear.

Speak to Captain Britain, who will ask for some help, dealing with some enemies. When you have killed the last one, the character will unlock. (If you find they stop spawning, but the character is not unlocked, one of the enemies often gets stuck up on one of the lights. You can hear him, and if you target him, you can destroy him)

On top of a building there are many grates that you can slide through. Unfortunately, all of them will lead you out into the same one, and not the one you want. Three of the grates have water around them. Freeze them, then go through the one you left open, and you will pop up in the tower. You can now jump up, or fly up, to collect the token.

Walk over the large white circle in front of the mansion and Sentinel will appear. Destroy the silver plate on his chest, then the gold one, then throw something at the cracks. He will spout gold studs and the character will unlock.
