As part of the gwent quest “Velen Players” you will get the chance to play the boatwrigth in Oreton. Defeat him to get this card.

You can win this card from the Innkeep at Inn at the Crossroads during the “Playing Innkeeps” side quest. Playing this card allows you to choose a single card from your discard pile and play it immediately.

You will need to win this card from Marquise Serenity when you play her at the Passiflora during the “Big City Players” gwent quest.

Tibor Eggebracht

You need to win this card from Olivier as part of the “Playing Innkeeps” gwent quest. You will find him at The Kingfisher in Novigrad.

Emhyr var Emreis: The White Flame

To earn this card you will need to beat all five Gwent players in the “Skellige Style” side quest. You can play this card to cancel your opponents leader abililty.

Emhyr var Emreis: Emperor of Nilfgaard

There are two merchants that you can buy this card from, but you can only buy one of them. You can either buy the card from the Innkeep at the Inn at the Crossroads or the Innkeep in Lindenvale. This leader card allows you to look at three random cards from your opponents hand.

You are given this card as part of the base deck while in White Orchard at the beginning of the game. This card gives you the perk of pulling a Torrential Rain card from your deck and playing it instantly.

You can purchase this card from the trader in the circus camp near Carsten. This card allows you to restore a random card to the battlefield, but it will also restore a random card for your opponent too.

You can win this card from Sasha during the “High Stakes” quest. When you play this card you can draw a random card from your opponent’s discard pile.
