This one will be hard to find if you don’t uncover areas of the sea, on the map. On the southern area of the map, halfway between the helicarrier and Liberty Island, there is a floating platform, very high up. On the platform there is a box with a silver padlock. Destroy the padlock to open the box and collect the token.

On top of the building, there are three American flags. Use the claw switch to raise the flag on the left, then head to the right and pull the red hook to raise that flag. Now head up the building, following the blue lights leading from the middle flag, and use your Super Sense at the top. Pull the switch you reveal to raise the final flag, and unlock the character.

On top of the lab building, there is a maze of tunnels. Stand at the end that has two openings, both with little antennae on them. Enter through the opening on the right, then navigate your way through the passages, stepping on switches to deactivate any barriers. When you reach the other end, you will collect the token.

Take control of a man inside a building, and have him pull the lever to open the box outside. The token is inside the box.
