Harry Potter & The Order of the PhoenixThroughout Hogwarts there are many things to do in each room on the Marauder’s Map. These tasks can be as simple as shaking the dust out of a rug, or as tricky as getting all the suits of armour to stand in the same pose. Due to the size of Hogwarts, it is easy to get lost and forget what you have or have not done. If you are struggling you can look through this list and everything will be here for you to check off as you go. Each room on the map will show what percentage of the tasks you have completed. If you are struggling to figure out what task you have missed, this list will show what percentage is awarded for each task. This should help you to figure out what you have missed. If you manage to do every task on the list, you will also be well on your way to getting all the achievements for this game, leaving only 12 more achievements to get.

Boathouse

4 Near the bottom of the stairs leading down from the Entrance Courtyard there will be a gull sitting on the wall. Walk near it and it will fly away. 10

92 On the left hand side of the Boathouse entrance there are three more sea gulls. Use Wingardium Leviosa on the sack on the floor and feed a treat to each of the birds. 40
96 From the left side of the Boathouse there is a trail that leads up to the Paved Courtyard. Follow that trail and about half way round you will find one of Fred and George’s packages. 10
100 Keep following that trail round until you can see the arch that leads into the Paved Courtyard. Use Incendio to light the torches either side of that arch. 10

Clock Tower

38 Start at the top of the Clock Tower, coming from the fifth floor. Walk to the left of the clock and cast either Accio or Depulso (your choice) on the small bells hanging in the frame. This will result in a small cut scene of the larger bells playing Harry Potter’s theme. 50
53 Go all the way down to the bottom of the tower and stand looking at the portrait. To the left of it you will see four paler bricks in the wall. Cast Accio on them then press the square button to examine the Slytherin sign. 25
69 Repeat the same thing for the next set of pale bricks along the wall and look at the Ravenclaw sign. 25

3 Starting at the bottom of the stairs as you come from the Suspended Bridge, press the square button when stood in front of the large statue the holds the entrance to the secret passage to Honeydukes shop in Hogsmead. 10
6 Halfway up the stairs cast Incendio on the talking gargoyle. 5
11 At the top of the stairs use Wingardium Leviosa on the mop and throw it down the stairs. Keep casting on it until you have moved it all the way down to the statue at the bottom. When it is down cast the spell again and hover the mop over the two dusty patched on the floor until it has cleaned them both up. 20
14 Go back upstairs and enter the classroom. At the back against the right hand wall you will see a large cabinet. Cast Depulso on it to move it over then press the square button when close enough to look at the space behind it that you revealed. Ah, Gilderoy Lockheart. Harry even misses him compared to Umbridge. 10
17 Cast Depulso on the large projector in the middle of the room to start it up. 10
20 Cast Wingardium Leviosa on the second desk from the back in the right hand row to release a Pixie. Another reminder of Gilderoy Lockheart. 10
48 Now cast Wingardium Leviosa on all the desk in the right hand row so the lids on all four desks are raised. Stand at the front of the class and cast Depulso on the first desk. If you have done it right all the lids will close like a house of cards. 25

Entrance Courtyard

1 Beat the Hufflepuff Gobstone Champion three times, playing the Traditional rules. 5
5 Cast Wingardium Leviosa twice on the wheelbarrow next to the entrance to place the wood in the torches. 20
13 As you come out of the entrance hall turn to the left and you will see a pile of leaves with a broom beside it. Use Wingardium Leviosa to hover the broom over the four piles of leaves in each corner of the courtyard. This will uncover four hidden Hogwarts Insignia. 55
96 At the far end of the courtyard there are four benches that will glow with a different colour shield after you have swept the leaves. Move each bench with Wingardium Leviosa onto the right coloured Insignia on the floor. 100

32 Cast Depulso on the headmaster’s podium in front of the teachers table. 10
42 Cast Incendio on the headmaster’s podium to bring out all the floating candles in the Great Hall. 10

86 Near Hagrid’s hut there is a watering can. Pick it up using Wingardium Leviosa and move it around the area at the back of the hut. There are four plants that you can water and grow. I had trouble finding them as I could not see them before they grew but I knew I was watering the right spot when the can tipped and starting pouring water. When this happens, stay in that spot until the plant grows. 45
93 On the path between Hagrid’s hut and the Thestral clearing there are two more sets of tracks. Press the square button when stood over them to get the points. 20
96 On the same path there is another fern you can use Depulso on to reveal another package from Fred and George. 10

Herbology

17 Use Reparo on the two broken suits of armour outside the greenhouses to hide the painting of the eye. 20
22 As you enter the greenhouse area turn right and enter that greenhouse. On the table is a jar, walk towards it and press the square button to examine it. 10
72 At the other end of the table are a watering can and a pot of earth. First you need to pick up the earth with Wingardium Leviosa and pour soil into each pot on the table. This can be tricky as you will not know you are filling them up unless you stand close enough to see the pot. When you have all four pots full use the watering can to water each one and you will grow four Bubotubers. 45
78 Leave the greenhouse area and go to the last suit of armour in the corridor. Beside it is a plaque. Light the candle with Incendio then press the square button to examine it. 10

Paved Courtyard

2 When you are gathering the DA for their first meeting you will need to retrieve Colin’s Camera from up on a ledge. While you do that you will walk across a ledge with one of Fred and George’s packages on. 10

10 Go up the stairs you repaired earlier in the game and cast Reparo on the four broken statues up there to reveal four hidden Hogwarts Insignia. 45

82 Go back up the stairs and climb the drain pipe you fixed when getting the portable swamp down. When you reach the ledge above sidle all the way to the left until you reach a stone ridge that you can use to go up or climb across to the next ledge. Go up the stone ridge and onto the roof then follow it round until you find some broken roof tiles. Press the X button when looking at them. 10

Potions

100 Walk into the classroom and stand in the middle and turn to face the door. On the table in front of you is a rack holding five green test tubes. Cast the following spells on it so that one of the five test tubes will jump up with each one you cast. When all five spells have made a tube jump you will get your points. Cast Accio, Depulso, Incendio, Wingardium Leviosa and Reparo on them. 10

Prefect’s Bathroom

22 Cast Accio on the bottom of the bath tub to fill it with water. 10
44 Turn around and cast Depulso on the middle cubicle door to flood the water and release the Triwizard egg. 10

Second Floor

6 Continue down the corridor a small way and do the same for the next tapestry on your right to reveal another statue. 10
13 Walk down the corridor until it turns a corner and just before you turn it you will see a broken pot in the corner. Use Reparo to mend it then cast Wingardium Leviosa on it to release a chocolate frog. 20
16 Turn the corner and cast Wingardium Leviosa on the next tapestry on your right to reveal yet another chess statue. 10
22 Enter the next part of the corridor and walk forwards until about half way down where you will see a broken pot at the T-junction in this corridor. Use Reparo to mend it then use Wingardium Leviosa twice to release two more frogs. 20
25 Also at the T-junction you will notice a lamp that has not been lit. Light it with Incendio then walk down the corridor a little further to light another one. 10
29 Go back to the T-junction and cast Depulso on the rug that leads to the other part of this corridor. 10
32 Continue down past the rug and go down the small set of stairs at the end. Just in front of the door on the left hand wall you will see four pale bricks. Cast Accio on them to reveal a plaque then press the square button to examine it. 10
33 Go back to the T-junction and back to the lamp you last lit. Slightly further down, just before you reach the door at the end is a third lamp that needs lighting. 5
37 To the left of the door in front of you is a plaque. Cast Incendio to light the candle in front of it then press the square button to examine it. 10
40 Turn the corner and head down the corridor and light two more lamps as you go with Incendio. 10

81 Standing again with your back to the Library, you will see four paler patches on the wall in front of you. On the floor there are four parts to one portrait. Cast Wingardium Leviosa on each piece of the portrait and place it back on the wall to reveal the Grey Lady, Ravenclaw’s House Ghost. 25
87 Turn and face down the corridor then use Depulso on both of the rugs in front of you to shake them out. 20

Seventh Floor

25 Follow the corridor round until you come to a point where it splits off into two directions. At this point there is a broken pot, use Reparo to fix it. 10
50 From here continue in the direction you were heading right to the end where it turns a corner. Here you can use Reparo on another broken pot. 10
75 Turn the corner and walk all the way to the end and down the steps to fix another pot. 10
100 Turn around this corner and go up some more steps and fix a final pot up here. 10

Stone Bridge

67 Light the four torches hanging at either end of the bridge and you will be shown a cut scene of some stone work you can use to climb down on. 20
100 Go to the left hand side of the bridge and climb up onto the wall furthest from you. From there you can grab onto a stone ridge and use it to climb down to a ledge below. When you reach the ledge sidle along it to the right and use another stone ridge to move down further. When you reach the lower ledge step off to the left and move a couple of paces until a swarm of bats flies past you. 10

Stone Circle

3 As you come from the Covered Bridge turn around and fact the bridge. Use Incendio to light the torch beside the arch. 5
10 In the middle of the circle there is a fern by a rock. Cast Depulso on it then pick up the package from Fred and George when it is revealed. 10
42 There are two crows sitting on top of two of the stones in the circle. Walk over to both stones and make them fly away. 15

Suspended Bridge

Third Floor

Transfiguration Courtyard

1 Cast Incendio on the talking gargoyle under the tree. 5
2 Go to the middle of the courtyard and cast Wingardium Leviosa on the large globe sculpture to make it spin. When it does eight house logos will light up on the ground. 10
100 Move the eight benches that can be found around the edge of the courtyard, onto their matching spots. There are two for each house, just match up the colours under the benches to the ones on the floor. When all eight are in place you will see the four grassy insignias. 100

Trophy Room

50 As you walk into the room you will see a fireplace. Beside it there is a duster and two dusty trophies, one beside the other (they are both gold). Use Wingardium Leviosa on the feather duster and hover it over both trophies until they are both clean. 20
100 Stand in front of the two trophies you just dusted and press the square button to examine each one in turn. 20

Umbridge’s Office

Umbridge’s office should be completed after Dumbledore has returned to
Hogwarts.

Viaduct

10 From the Paved Courtyard turn and use Incendio to light the torches either side of the arch leading back to the courtyard. 10
20 Walk round the Viaduct and cast Incendio on the stone Gargoyle on the left hand side of the bridge. (The one you needed to talk to for Dean Thomas). 10
70 Cast Incendio on the ten torches lining both sides of the bridge from one end to the other. 50
